why does my email keep looping back to the sign in page?
I have cleared my cache and my cookies from the computer.I have gone down the list of things to troubleshoot the problem, yet I still get looped back to the sign in page.
Make sure you click Keep me signed in for 2 weeks. Also it’s caused by the Yahoo cookies being deleted when you close the browser. If you are using IE then go to and click Tools, click Internet options. Go to privacy and make sure the level is medium. For Firefox click Tools, then options, at privacy check the cookies options. Some anti virus/spyware may be deleting the cookies.
