Golf Driver Features
A golf club driver has different features. The amateur golfers prefer the clubs with large heads as it is easier to control. Professionals and low handicapped players however prefer the ones that with titanium heads.
Selecting a club driver includes determining the proper loft one requires. Accomplished golfers prefer lofts between nine and ten degrees. The golf club driver lofts determine the spinning rate of the ball. Balls with a higher spin rate avoids friction in the air, thus travel further.
The shafts also required to check when buying a new golf club driver. The shafts likely being used are made of steel or graphite. Titanium is the preferred shafts of the professionals. The driver shaft determines how hard the ball is stroked the moment the head hits the ball. Shafts that are flexible and hard will give a good kick to the ball. Amateurs do not prefer this as it is very difficult to control and to master. Once mastered, the ball will fly away further.
Buying an expensive but good golf club driver is an important decision. The basic objective of the game is to finish the golf course with a lesser number of strokes. A good driver will get your balls further when mastered. When controlled, they can even win the tournament for you.
