Why do I have red spots after working out?
Hello, I have just lifted dumbbells, working out my biceps. It was pretty hard, and I think maybe I overdid it, ’cause now I can see red spots between my forearm and upper arm… In the axis, where I bend my arm. It looks like some blood vessels bursted under my skin. Why is this?
