how to make the pics with the black back rounds and funny caps on the bottom?
i wanna make those pic that u take a pic of anything put a black back round then write something funny bellow the pic, in white letters, idk how to make one and would like to know. help plez

You would need some sort of Image Editor. A decent free one is Paint (which, if you have Windows, it should already come with your computer).
1. To access Paint, go to Start->All Programs->Accessories->Paint.
2. When you have paint open, make the editing area a little bigger than your photo (make the height longer than the width so you can add a caption later on). You can do this by dragging the blue dots on the corners and sides.
3. To paste your picture right click in paint and choose “Paste From”. Now choose your picture.
4. Align your photo so it looks like it’s center and has an even border (but make sure you still have enough room on the bottom to add a caption.) If you don’t have enough room for the caption just drag the blue dot at the bottom of the editing area in Paint down and fill it with black.
5. To add a caption, click on the text tool (It’s a big A). Go to the toolbox (where you clicked the A) and go down until you see the yellow, blue, red, and green shapes. Click on the bottom one (this way when you add text it won’t create a white background). Make sure your color selected is white, and type away!
Paint is limited but it can be useful for something like this.
