spinner baits and plastic lures for the bass and bluegills in different sizes (Red shad/Green flake, Black/Blue tail, Junebug, Crawdad, Methiolate, Black/Blue fleck, Tequila shad, Etc. for muddy water). for the catfish and carp i like to make my own bait. take about a cup of sugar and melt it down in some boiling water. should be like a watery syrup. when all the sugar is melted pour in some corn meal (yellow). stir it up and keep adding corn meal until it becomes a grainy dough. turn off your stove and put your dough in a plastic bag and kneed it for a while, its get very messy if you don’t put in in the plastic bag. now the way you fish it is you tie a just a hook onto the end of your fishing line and take a some of the dough and make a ball and push your hook into it or you can use a hair rig http://www.carpanglersgroup.com/hairandboltrig.html cast it out and watch your line. i’ve caught cats and carp on this bait. wash you hand after you touch the bait because your hands get really sticky.
