What do I do do if she blocks up when she’s about to orgasm?
We never have any real intercourse, just mutual masturbation, but when she is close to an orgasm she pulls away and has to stop(She might be having flashbacks of the abuse she endured when she was younger). We have tried this dozens of times and I still don’t know what I should do. Should I keep trying or not? Should I prolong the masturbation? I know just trying might be a problem because of the flashbacks but but my psychologist said it was a good idea to continue if there was progress.
We have been together for more than three years. We are both 18 now. We have tried everything, including phone sex. She cant do it alone either.

I think you should talk to her about this some more. Tell her that you really want to help her to have an orgasm, you just want to make her feel good. So try planning something like this, plan this ahead of time so you both know what to do when it happens -
Next time you are masturbating her and she reaches that point, get her to agree to force herself to not pull back and make herself stay in there for 5 more seconds. You could count out the seconds out loud, maybe. After 5 seconds, she can pull away if she wants to.
If she doesn’t have an orgasm, then next time try 10 seconds… and if necessary, slowly keep working your way up until the point where she’s comfortable with not pulling away before she has an orgasm.
