what kind of device or what is the most accurate way to measure my weight?
my electronic scale seems to change even if my eating habits and exercise habits are the same.. so no sure if its accurate.. any other more accurate ways
Your weight will fluctuate by 5 pounds or more throughout the day or week. This is normal.
If you want to check though, you can get some weight you know doesn’t change, like stack of books, bricks, or whatever, to test it out from day to day to see if the scale is changing, or if it is you.
