How can I fight a ticket for throwing a cigarette butt out the window of my parked car?
A cop pulled me over, he said because my tail light was out. Really he just saw that I had tattoos all over my body. While he had me pulled over writing the fix it ticket for the tail light, I snubbed out my cigarette and dropped it out the window. Of course I had a ash tray in the back seat but I didn’t feel safe reaching for it at that time. When he came to give me my ticket he added “throwing a butt out the window.
