Finder Gps
I live in the Caribbean and want to know if I will be able to use a GPS unit fully?
I want to use a G.P.S fish-finder but was wandering about the maps for recording positions since all the units that I have checked out so far, stated that the maps are for the US cities.
You won’t be able to fully use an automotive sat-nav system outside of an automobile really.
You should get a trail or marine navigation GPS.
Outside of much of the continental US you won’t get the WAAS suppliment, which comes from a geostationary satellte that likely won’t reach the carribean.
