Your deck lacks any sort of focus. Disassemble this deck, pick a theme and rebuild your deck around it.
If you have more Elemental or Destiny Heroes, might I suggest a deck revolving around either of those? And I must stress EITHER, NOT both! If you don’t have the proper cards, try buying the appropriate duelist packs (Jaden Yuki for Elemental Heroes, Aster Phoenix for Destiny Heroes.)
Also, do you have HERO flash in there, but not O – Oversoul? Remove it, you can’t use it, and shouldn’t even if you could due to the fact you will almost never be able to use it anyway.
Finally, unless you’re building a deck specifically around normal (non-effect) monsters with high attack, they are a big no-no. Monsters with powerful effects and decent support will always beat powerful normal monsters with similar support.
