An anti aging regimen includes simple and slight changes in your existing routine. It is more like the addition of a few Do’s. A few of them are listed here:

2. Do’s: Always protect your skin while going out in the sun.
While this protection can be done by wearing a large brimmed hat and tightly woven clothes, an internal protection is still very much required. 3. Do’s: Drink ample amounts of water.
