Heddon Fishing
Need help finding a fishing lure.?
I want to find some heddon torpedo’s in the fire tiger color.
I’ve heard they quit making them, But can’t find no information on them.
My dad and papaw said that the torpedo’s in fire tiger color’s would catch fish all day long. They use to have alot but lost some and broke their line on big bass.
Go to http://www.basspro.com and do a search for “Heddon Torpedo”.
Bass Pro has them in 3 different sizes. They have changed the color name from “Fire-tiger” to “Natural Perch” #43.
(Although probably not the “exact” Fire-tiger schematic from when your Papaw/Dad was using them the Natural Perch IS their newest “version” of a fire-tiger lure and should actually work very nice for Bass fishing.)
