Hydro Popper
how do you retrieve a popper when fishing for striped bass?
im using a yo zuri hydro popper and i dont know if i should pause after every pop or what please help

its up to u but never do the same thing over and over again
this time of year if its mid day u have better luck wining the lottery than getting a fish on a popper. this time of the year use them in the early mornings.
but if the fish are less active let it sit till u wanna kill urself and then give it 1 pop and wait and then pop again til u get it bak
if the fish are very active u wanna pop it 2 or 3 times wait 10s then pop again and so on and so on
but the key to useing a popper is to use it really close to the weeds and lillypads and be umpredictable with the pattern of ur pops
