Mouse lure which color to get?
my boyfriend likes to fish and his birthday is coming up. i want to get him a fish lure but i dont know what color to get.
he likes to fish in a small lake for large mouth bass and trout please help!!!!!

For mice imitations, go with the most natural look. Browns, grays, or white. Have you ever seen a yellow or “Chartreuse” colored mouse? Haha. Didn’t think so.
I have a couple solid plastic “weedless” floating mice made by Strike King, don’t know what models they are right off hand, in white and Chartreuse colors, but I’ve never gotten a bass on them. I’ve had more and better luck with frogs. Strike King’s Rage Tail Toad is probably the absolute best topwater frog I’ve ever used.
