Is it okay to paint finger joninted cown molding?
About to install cown molding and was planning on painting it white. Will the joints show thru with paint on a finger-jointed piece of cown?

I would not put up a crown moulding without painting it or haveing it painted.. As far as the joining of two pieces(I think that is what you are referring to) they should be caulked at the seams to eliminate the “crack” line and then painted to completely cover up the line.. I do it all the time.
