what can i do if my dogs paw paw keeps bleeding? i have no money for a vet?
it looks like its a vein bleeding from playing outside. small wound but keeps bleeding.
it doesn’t look too serious but want to make sure its taken care of while its mot so serious.
I know that if you cut the nails too short and it starts bleeding a good at home, safe, clean remedy (as told by my vet) put some corn starch on it. I know it sounds random but it’s safe and helps to clot the wound. Good luck!
P.S. Honestly, there is no reason to bother someone who is asking a question on Y!A because they can’t pay for a vet. I have had over $3000 in vet bills since January and I got my puppy from a reputable breeder and got all my vaccinations properly done by the vet. I did it all by the books and responsibly. Unfortunately, I probably should have just invested in a bubble for my dog to live in. I don’t know how I can afford to pay for much else if she gets in trouble again. I have taken my dog to vet twice when I could have done an at home remedy that would have saved me over $150. It’s hard, especially right now in this economy. Let’s just answer the questions and not judge.
