Polar Plus
Does anyone here have experience with an ADHD, Bi-Polar II child?
My nine year old has been on varios ADD meds in the past four years, after some pushing from the pediatrician we finally went to a psych appt. The Psych thinks my son has ADD plus Bi=Polar 1 or 2 disorder, they changed all of his meds and now he is worse in school and an emotional wreck. He takes…Daytrana 30 mg patch, Zoloft 50 mg, Seraqul 300mg for the ADD, the he is also on Allergy meds…Singular, Advair, Albuterol…Is it just me or is the pharmacy industry making a killing off of us
My son is 8 and also has ADHD and Bi-polar disorder you need to do a little research on his meds cuz some are to be used for one condition and can make the other condition worse. Serequl is used for the bi-polar disorder that is what my son is on. You should possibly go see another psychologist for a second opion and an evaluation of the meds. Also tell the doctors that he is worse in school now that he is on all the meds. If you have any questions just email me.
