thumpstar dies at high revs?
ok well i have a 4stroke dmx 140 pro….high performance piston, new exhuast etc(got lots of aftermarket parts on it)….ok well it was running fine when i was rideing it but then it died of me…..turned out there wasnt any compretion from a bent valve got that fixed up , found out my carby was missing the chok so my local motorbike machanic put an other one on for me we put the cylender head on and the carby bike started went for a ride then when i put it to high revs the bike dies ….its good on low and mid revs but when im doing high revs it dies on me…then i start it again……go for a ride hit high revs and the bike dies again…..could you help me out here and tell me whats wrong and what i should do??

Did you rejet the carb for the piston and cylinder upgrade? If its not rejetted, this could be the solution.
The air fuel mixture could be wrong as well, the carb may need to be retuned since the cylinder came off.
