Can I download content from xbox live marketplace with one account and then play it with another account?
Ok so…
There’s this guy on ebay that sells 4000 microsoft points for $30 but he sells you an account with the points. He says that you can download stuff using that account and then play it using your primary account.
Is that possible??
I just want some cod maps and songs for guitar hero and rock band.
Should I buy points from him?
Yeah that sounds like a complete scam haha. The only way you can transfer downloaded content is if you recover the account and then go on xbox.com and complete a couple of steps that will let you actually access the content. But if someone else recovers the account I’m pretty sure it denies the access. This would mean you would only be able to use the content on his account and not on your own, either way I wouldn’t suggest buying it, just put an extra $10-$20 in and buy a legit card off of ebay, either way you still save a little then buying it straight from the stores and you know you will not get scammed
