Shimano Sustain
Need help finding a quality spinning reel!!!?
I need a quality spinning reel for bigger game fish, such as striped bass, trout, and SALMON! On my last salmon trip I lost about 20 fish due to a poor quality reel! It works good for fish like bass,walleye,pike but when it comes to salmon its just aggravating!
So I was looking at either the Quantum Tour Edition or Shimano Sustain
Which one do you think I should get? If you have any other reel suggestions, please share!

You didn’t say what series you were looking at. Prices for the quantum vary considerably, and cost is probably a consideration. each reel has its advantages.
Having that many fish come unbuttoned makes one wonder if it’s your reel that’s really giving you grief.
My opinion is that the shimano has a superior drag
