What is the best way to remove a caulked vanity / sink / backsplash from a bathroom withut damaging the wall?
I’m trying to get an old sink and vanity out to replace it with a new one, but in using a pry bar I dented the drywall and nearly put a hole in the wall. Any tips or ideas would be appreciated.
You will need to cut the caulking. A thin sharp knife that you can work behind the backsplash will work best be VERY careful not to damage the wall board. Work the knife up and down in a sawing motion, keeping it as close to the backsplach as possible.
