hi there broken ankle 1week ago?
still getting discomfort when i put my foot to floor like throbbing feeling blood pressure is this normal for now will it subside just bit worried as dont want 2 be put back and will it get better when proper cast goes on i only have temp back slab with bandage so not going out at moment will i be able 2 when proper cast on and will i then be pain free so 2 speak please help never done an injury like this before
Normal for 1 week, depending on how bad the break was, probably normal for some time to come. Stay off your feet as much as possible and use ice as much as you can, if you can get to it with an ice pack, also keep that foot elevated when ever you can, put a pillow under it at night when you go to bed.
Ask your doctor to prescribe something for pain, but be very careful with pain killers, some people who have no history of drug use can become depended on pain killers. Good louck.
