how to tie fishing line to a spool?
i would like to tie fishing line to a spool for sea fishing
Well, it’s a little different for each type of reel, but for all you will use the arbor knot to tie it around the spool itself.

If it’s a baitcaster, you have to be sure it passes through the feeder/spooling guide before you tie it around the spool. If it’s a spinning reel, you have to make sure you put it on with the bail open so it will pass over that grooved wheel for spooling. If it’s a spincast reel, you have to pass the line through the removed cap before tying it around the spool.
