What is the best kind of swivel to use with jigs?
i am usually ice fishing with 4 inch jigs. i catch lake trout that can get to 50lbs in the lake so i need a tough one that works well with jigs, holds lots of weight and works in the cold. good ones only no crappy ones. big lake trout is what im catchin so i dont know if that makes a difference.
ok but it is easier to switch baits when you have a swivel on.

I think what you want is a “Duo-snap” or “Fast-snap” with a Ball Bearing Swivel.
