am i fishing a texas rig worm wrong??
i used to have luck with the texas rig worm but now more weeds have come in like milfoil. and whenever i cast the worm out with a jig head it gets caught on the weed and has this wierd slimy stuff covering the jig. i tried to fish a wacky style and i caught 1 fish but i know i can catch bass with the texas rig shaky worm. what should i do thanks
A jig head? I’ve never heard of using that for a texas rig. Try and offset hook. Check this out it should clear everything up.
The vid doesn’t mention the weight. You should put a bullet weight above the worm on the main line.
