Zuri Hybrid
Dropshot rig 6lb or 8lb test?
I have done well with 6lb mono, I have purchased recently some 8lb Yo Zuri Hybrid line. Would this line work as well as the 6lb mono? Any and all help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
although the dropshot rig was initially developed with deeper water in mind as an ultralight alternative method for clear water, G F is absolutely right. it has metamorphosed into pretty much an all purpose system to allow a stationary presentation of your bait while allowing you to work the hell out of it.
l even use it casting from the shore.
although l still stick to 6 and 8lb lines myself. most often 8lb.
